TO HONOUR YOUR BODY, MIND AND SOUL

Saturday only option ~ 10:00am to 5:30pm

Our Spring retreat is a carefully curated showcase of many nourishing aspects - movement, self-discovery, empowering your mindset, creative arts and delicious food.

Set in the peaceful setting of ‘Hill House’, East Sussex, you’ll join a lovely group of women, to honour your body, mind and soul ~ leaving you feeling RECHARGED and GRATEFUL for giving yourself time to experience this unique retreat.

What the weekend offers!

Day 1 - Saturday;

After a warm welcome on arrival, guests will gather together for a series of workshops that will honour all aspects of our wonderful body. We will begin with …

Gentle Movement - Mathilda, your host for the weekend, will lead us through a grounding session of Chi Kung. ‘9 Golden Spine’, a series of gentle movements to help revitalise the energy within your body and mind.

Body honouring meditation - Joanne, our Intuitive Womb Therapist, will then invite you to pause. She will take us on an incredible inward journey of self-discovery. Giving you time to become curious about what really goes on within your sacred space. Together, we will each become mindful of our precious body, and grateful for what she does for us.

Nourish our body - with so much to reflect on, we’ll take time out to nourish ourselves with a delicious lunch.

Free your mind - Shermine, our Neuro Reflexologist, will guide us through the Emotional Freedom Technique, ‘Tapping’, to help release and liberate your mindset and re-discover your creativity.

Creative Self-Expression - You will now be ready to dive deeper into your creativity and will be guided by writing prompts, with Mathilda, to create a self-portrait. You can freely wander the abundance of nature within the garden, to find natural objects to use in a collage, paint, pencils or your own words, and create a unique, fun piece of art, ‘About Me’.

Reflection Time - Finally, we’ll gather for tea - share our self-portraits and our learnings. Feeling incredibly grateful for honouring ourselves in such a beautiful way.

Dinner for those lucky enough to be staying.

Day 2 - Sunday;

Your day will begin by opening the curtains and immersing yourself in the tranquil countryside at Hill House. Followed by;

Grounding Movement -  Mathilda will lead you through a gentle session of Chi Kung to help revitalise the energy within your body and mind.

A Heartwarming Breakfast. Guests will gather to reflect and contemplate a new day.

Mindfulness walk in nature at Bewl water, a nature’s paradise, and dive deeper into stillness and pause from your busy life.

Closing Ceremony

We’ll gather for tea and share our beautiful learnings and any AHA moments, before we head home.
